How DiviVault handles your data, in plain language. Short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the service, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
DiviVault is the copy-paste library for Divi 5. It is a product by Karobar Solutions LLC (Wyoming, USA), the company behind this site at getdivivault.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use DiviVault, and how we look after it.
2. What we collect
- Account details — your name and email address when you create an account.
- Billing information — payments are handled by our payment processor Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage basics — standard technical data such as the pages you visit and library sync events, used to run and improve the service.
- Support messages — anything you send us when you contact support.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to make the site work. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work without them.
4. How we use your data
- To provide the service and keep your account working.
- To sync your library across the sites you connect.
- To respond when you contact support.
We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.
5. Sharing
We only share data with the service providers that help us run DiviVault, and only what they need to do their job:
- Payments — Stripe
- Email — AWS
These providers process data on our instructions. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
6. Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data. We may keep basic billing records for longer where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will process your request within 30 days. If you are in a region with specific data-protection rights, those rights still apply to you.
8. Children
DiviVault is a tool for people who build websites and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will also notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
